Not only does this festival bring together America’s cherished chefs on TV and epic figures in the culinary world, but also all proceeds go towards fighting childhood hunger. One hundred percent of this popular festival’s earnings go to two amazing hunger-relief programs: the Food Bank For New York City, battling against hunger in the five boroughs (Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island), and Share Our Strength, a national non-profit organization moving to put a stop to childhood hunger in America.
The festival has a variety of awesome events on each day, Thursday through Sunday, to participate in. With each day’s agenda, you are sure to have a life-changing culinary experience.
