America’s National Independence Day Parade

What is a classic Fourth of July venture without a parade? Commemorate the red, white and blue at Washington’s “biggest and best parade.” Patriotic floats, marching bands, military and specialty units, VIPs, humungous balloons and celebrity participants will come together this Thursday morning to march down Constitution Avenue. Fireworks on The National Mall

The reflection of colorful explosions on the Reflecting Pool is certainly a gorgeous sight to see in DC. This annual firework display draws in hundreds of thousands of eager spectators who set up cozy blankets and chairs for the viewing. Picnic dinners will commence under the brilliant light show. Fireworks will begin shooting off against the starry, patriotic backdrop at 9:10pm on Thursday, July 4th, accompanied by music from the National Symphony Orchestra. July 4th Fireworks Dinner Cruise
