Renowned Chef Mario Batali partners with the talented ‘New York celebrity catering chef’, Mary Giuliani, in a new venture, MARIO by Mary.  This unique catering fusion is a delectable revolution, combining the amazing talents of two major players in the culinary world.  MARIO by Mary’s delicious Italian-themed menu allows eager customers to savor the two masterminds’ creations through beautiful presentation and delightful aromas–and all within the luxury of their own homes. Giuliani caters to the world’s respectable stars; the culinary socialite has crafted events for celebrities such as Sheryl Crow, Bradley Cooper, Donna Karan, Gwen Stefani and Zac Posen.  Likewise, Batali holds many coveted titles such as restaurateur, talented American chef, celebrated author and television personality.  Together, they make a team flourishing with unique skill and epic spice.  Batali believes that Giuliani and him are on the same page when it comes to their culinary talent: “Mary and I share an excitement and love of making people happy through the dining experience.”  And as for Giuliani, she is looking forward to this fun adventure with Batali: “…There is only ONE Mario Batali and I am SO honored and so very excited to be working with him on this collaboration.”

The outstanding duo is already on a mouthwatering roll.  The catering menu package displays seasonal dishes artfully crafted by Batali, and carried out by Giuliani and her wonderful team.  MARIO by Mary’s menu will highlight over forty appetizers including mini Sicilian chickpea fritters garnished with delicious romesco sauce on top, mini pigs in a blanket with sausage and broccoli rabe wrapped in parmesan phyllo dough, mini grilled cheese sandwiches prepared to delight and captivate with ŌTTŌ’s black truffle honey, and Roman-style rice balls fried with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and gooey mozzarella.  Are your tastebuds lustful yet?
