My Favorite Gelateria in Firenze: La Strega Nocciola

I am extremely excited to say that I discovered my favorite gelato shop last night in Firenze.  It is called “La Strega Nocciola,” which means ‘the hazel witch.’  Not only does the gelateria rock a chic , vintage interior design, but it serves mouthwateringly unique flavors that will have you constantly craving more.  I ordered a scoop of the hazelnut gelato, which is what the shop is known for…hence it’s name, the ‘hazel’ witch.  I topped it off with a delectable scoop of Lavender flavored gelato.  The gelato is prepared to sublime perfection – it is irrevocably fresh, tasty, creamy and sugary…a decadent delicacy unlike any other.  If you’re looking for a sweet, authentic taste of Firenze, La Strega Nocciola is your destination…
