Estelle’s, located in Beantown’s South End, introduces new scrumptious barbeque additions to its dinner menu. Even though we’re celebrating summertime in the city, Executive Chef Eric Gburksi’s traditional cuisine will take every palate on an exciting journey to its divine southern roots.

There is nothing more mouthwatering than BBQ comfort food during the summer season. Just the thought of enjoying scrumptious potato salad and corn on the cob (lathered in butter) on a warm summer afternoon is completely refreshing. So savor summer with Estelle’s! On the menu you will find a listing of “BBQ Platters,” where Chef Gburksi breaks out his amazing culinary talent in authentic southern barbeque. A hearty Texas Brisket is offered, in addition to Eastern North Carolina Pulled Pork, and more.
If you’re in the mood for a plate from the venue’s “House Smoked BBQ” options, try the Burnt Ends Brisket Sandwich or Pulled Pork Sandwich (Eastern North Carolina style), prepared with b n’ b pickles, remoulade slaw and house-cut fries. Maybe the 3 Dry Rubbed & Smoked Baby Back Ribs are your calling, served in the delicious house BBQ sauce.
A favorite Joonbug entrée that will remain on the menu with other Estelle’s classics is the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Platter (a staple summer meal), served with creamy sausage gravy, two cheese mac n’ cheese and seared greens. If you want to try something unique and different, you will not regret ordering the Cornmeal Crusted Catfish prepared with pecan-parsley relish, garlic seared greens and red beans n’ rice.

Stop into Estelle’s today to see all of their scrumptious barbeque fare. Estelle’s serves dinner daily from 5:00pm to 2:00am.
