In the year 1982, Leroy Earl “Bus” Fuller and his son Stanley Earl Fuller came up with an idea. Little did they know that their brainstorming of a casual burger & beer venue would evolve into something incredible…incredibly delicious, that is: Earls Kitchen + Bar. Stanley Earl Fuller has carried on the restaurant’s name today, as the current owner and operator of this beloved family business; gracing its presence to hungry customers.
On Friday, September 12th, this upscale staple will open its doors at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA. Gear up Bostonians, because Earls Kitchen + Bar has scrumptiously savory fare waiting to delight all on this exciting debut.
Enjoy a laid-back dining experience, or vamp it up in the lively bar and lounge areas. Earls Kitchen + Bar spotlights an incredible scratch kitchen, utilizing fresh regional ingredients. Relish local specials and signature dishes, while sipping a luscious drink from the venue’s fun, innovative cocktail menu. With Executive Chef Tim Pennington working his culinary magic at the wheel, all guests will certainly be in for a delectable treat. Get ready to indulge your palate in a savory selection of freshly prepared, ‘made-from-scratch’ dishes.

Earl’s menu highlights global roots, with modern interpretations of ethnic cuisine essentials, in addition to a selection of preparations catered towards the New England demographic. A definite show stealer on the menu is the Fenway Burger, piled high with battered onion rings, aged white cheddar cheese, arugula, red pepper relish and ‘hand smashed certified’ angus beef patty, all served on a delicious house brioche bun, complemented with a side of golden Yukon fries, of course!
As far as the top-notch cocktail program is concerned, Beverage Director Cameron Bogue has all customers sinfully covered. The program strictly uses fresh, in-house squeezed juices and homemade syrups. Come to Earls to sip authentic craft cocktails and a refreshing taste of innovation, including “custom-frozen ice cubes and spirited quips sprayed with stencils onto the foam hats of cocktails.” Rejuvenate with the Tequila Sunset, prepared with Aperol, El Jimador Blanco, lemongrass, fresh lime & orange juices and meringue foam. Or maybe the Mad Hatter is what you’re craving, made with Smirnoff vodka, kaffir lime, pear, black tea and coconut water (serves four).

The trendy, yet casual venue houses 65 flourishing locations in Canada and the United States. Only a few out of this total are based in the United States; so consider yourselves extremely lucky, Bostonians! Get an unparalleled taste of Earls this Friday.
