What: Poe’s Kitchen at the Rattlesnake will be hosting “Burrito Bowl IV” on Saturday, January 31st. Some of Beantown’s most elite chefs will be at this savory competition. The question is, whose burrito creation will surpass all? Each notorious chef will design a signature burrito, prepared “bowl-style,” in honor of his or her favorite NFL team’s city. The delectable burrito concoctions will be ranked by guests, in addition to special “referees,” including @BostonTweet Tom O’Keefe and Zagat Boston Editor Scott Kearnan.
Poe’s Burrito Bowl chefs include Ashmont Grill & Tavolo’s Chris Douglass, El Centro’s Allan Rodriguez, El Pelón’s Jim Hoben, Papagayo’s Chris Damian, Poe’s Kitchen at the Rattlesnake’s Uri Abragimovich, Taranta’s Jose Duarte, Tico’s Leo Asaro and Villa Mexico Café’s Julie King.
