One of my fav go-to, trendy spots for a healthy and delicious breakfast/lunch/dinner is The Granola Bar in Westport. I spent my afternoon savoring a cozy Green Tea Latte at the venue’s chic and plush corner window table. What a perfect spot for a fun outing with the ladies, or catching up on a good afternoon read! I accompanied my drink with The Blair Waldorf Salad and, of course, The Crunchy Elvis – a simply heavenly yogurt parfait highlighting bananas, creamy almond butter, honey and salted pretzels.
